Artifact issues
There need to be fewer artifacts.
Ego-items
Remove the duller egos (brand/slay for weapons, resist for armours), and replace them with magic in the item generation code a la randarts, as a form of powering up an already-existing item. This means you could have multiple slays.
Arrows have special stacking considerations.
Aman made artifact cloaks potential junk.
Remove Aman cloaks. Same goes for several other new ego-items. Analyse what are really needed and remove those that are not. Like Gondolin ego. Cool item, yes, but is it needed? Is it just another junk-item? It might give you ESP. But do you really need that when there are so many sources of ESP?
Fury? Aggravating extra blows weapon with huge bonuses. Sounds cool. But there is ego Extra Attacks that is basically same without aggravation. So do you need it? Venom brand? Acid brand?
Both are new items. Do you need them? Haradrim? Buckland? Night and Day? etc.
